The 55 foot lanai (deck) offers a magnificent view of the Pacific Ocean and, during the winter months, spectacular vistas of humpback whales swimming and playing in our warm tropical waters. For whale watching and sunsets, Maui, No Ka ‘Oi!, or simply, “the best”.

The main house has vaulted ceilings in the great room, which includes a piano, a 50” Plasma TV and surround sound stereo system. The kitchen is fully equipped to make and serve any meal you wish to prepare. The main house also has a separate laundry room.

Rate for renting the entire property: $995 per night, plus tax

Holiday Period: December 20th through January 4th - $1400 per night plus tax
High Season: January 5th through March 31st – $1095 per night plus tax

Minimum Stay: Seven (7) nights

Outcleaning fee: $400

Security Deposit: $1,000

Property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood.
