Confirming Reservations:

• To confirm reservations we require a 50% deposit.
• All rates are subject to state taxes (11.416%)
• Rates are based upon one or two persons per room.

Cancellation Policy (Individual Units):

• A full refund (less a $75 bookkeeping fee) is given for cancellations received more than 30 days prior to arrival date.
• For cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival date a full refund will be given for the portion of your reservation that is re-booked (less a $75 bookkeeping fee).

Cancellation Policy (Entire Property):

• A full refund (less a 5% bookkeeping fee of the total) is given for cancellations received more than 60 days prior to arrival date.
• For cancellations made 60 days or less prior to arrival date a full refund will be given for the portion of your reservation that is re-booked (less a 5% bookkeeping fee of the total).
